The chief engineer approved GMD2's moratorium extension request on March 1, 2019.

On February 28, 2019, GMD2 submitted a request to extend the moratorium on select new applications through December 31, 2019.

First extension of the moratorium on processing applications in a portion of the district ended March 1, 2019.

GMD No. 2 Boundary Change Hearing was held October 4, 2016.
