Licensing Information

Please note the 2022 license renewal applications were due January 15, 2022. If you have not renewed your license for this calendar year, please contact our office immediately at (785) 564-6776.

Licensing requirements vary depending on what type of operation or business you have and who your intended customers will be. If you perform multiple activities, you may need more than one registration and/or type of inspection.  

Use the following chart to determine what type of operation or business you have, the license requirements, type of inspection required, what licensing application form(s) are needed, and the annual fees for each. All our licenses run the calendar year (January 1 to December 31). Our office will send out license renewal applications in November of the expiring year to notify of the upcoming expiration date and renewal period.
