MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Kansas State Board of Agriculture will meet at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 18 in Manhattan, Kan. The meeting will be held at the Kansas Department of Agriculture, 1320 Research Park Drive, Manhattan, Kan., 66502.
