The purpose of the Wyandotte Enhanced Base Level Engineering (BLE) is to develop enhanced BLE floodplain maps that take into account the urban setting that makes up Wyandotte County. The Enhancements include field survey structure data and more refinement model mesh and land use data that was absent from the Lower Kansas and Independence - Sugar BLE projects.
