The Upper Republican Custom Watershed Floodplain Mapping update project will produce Base Level Engineering (BLE) floodplains for the entire custom watershed. They are beginning to be produced and should be available in early 2022. Enhanced data development is anticipated to begin in 2023 for the areas that will undergo a regulatory update. This website will be updated with relevant content as the project moves forward. The initial Kickoff Meeting was held June 17, 2021. The Discovery meeting was held August 5, 2022. Cheyenne, Decatur, Rawlins, and Thomas counties have been selected to undergo data development.
