As per Accounting Circular 22-A-005 and amendments to KAR 1-18-1a, the DA-127, Mileage Rental Comparison form, is no longer a supported document. The "KDA Mileage Guidelines" are provided as internal procedure and guidance for appropriate determination of circumstances when requesting the private vehicle mileage rate might apply.
