KDA’s Information Technology (IT) program is committed to providing internal customer support for IT services and supporting the agency's mission, vision and priorities. IT hopes to accomplish this by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring fast ordering/deployment of IT equipment.
KDA IT Service Desk Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
KDA employees can submit IT requests, incidents or changes in one of four ways:

KDA employees can use their KDA username and password and log on to:

This site can also be used to check on the status of active or past requests.
By E-mail
KDA employees can also e-mail KDA.ServiceDesk@ks.gov with a detailed description of their IT request. This will automatically place a request in our tracking system.
