Kansas Pet Animal Act Proposed Regulations

The Kansas Department of Agriculture’s Division of Animal Health is seeking preliminary public input on a proposed regulation allowing the movement of infectious or contagious dogs and cats between animal shelters, rescue networks, and foster homes if certain conditions are met.
