Educational and professional development activities are learning activities designed to augment the knowledge, skills, and professional relationships and therefore enrich the employee's contribution to quality customer service and to their pursuit of professional career goals. This policy relates to those professional development activities that span multiple sessions and require a significant commitment of time and resources.
