HOWTO: Submit a Service Desk Ticket

KDA’s Information Technology (IT) program is committed to providing internal customer support for IT services and supporting the agency's mission, vision and priorities.  IT hopes to accomplish this by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring fast ordering/deployment of IT equipment. 

KDA IT Service Desk Hours:  Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

By E-mail

KDA employees can also e-mail with a detailed description of their IT request.  This will automatically place a request in our tracking system.
