If your KDA desk phone is able to receive Voicemail, follow these steps to check your Voicemail from any touch-tone phone.

1. Dial (785) 368-7000.
   
   
2. When you hear an automated message, press the * button.
   
   
3. You will hear Enter Your ID. Enter your KDA desk number including 1 + Area Code + 7-digit number followed by the # sign. (Example: 17855646749)
   
   
4. Then enter your Voicemail PIN followed by the # sign as if you were in the office.
   
   
5. You are now able to check your Voicemail with the same options and commands as if you were at your desk.
