A public hearing will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, to consider the adoption of a proposed regulation concerning reportable animal diseases. The hearing will be held in the first floor meeting room (Room 124) of the Kansas Department of Agriculture (KDA) building, 1320 Research Park Dr., Manhattan, Kan.

K.A.R. 9-27-1 relates to the designation of certain infectious or contagious diseases of animals in Kansas as reportable. Diseases designated as reportable in this list are to be immediately reported to the animal health commissioner.
