Pursuant to K.A.R. 5-4-1, impairment investigation reports completed after October 29, 2010, will be posted on the agency's website.
Non-domestic groundwater reports will be posted as initial reports for at least 30 days. This will allow time for comment by the complainant, other affected parties and the groundwater management district board, if the complaint site is within a district. After 30 days, or a longer period of time if it is granted by the chief engineer, comments will be considered by the agency. The final report will be prepared and posted here in the final reports section.
Reports on investigations of impairment of domestic water rights will be posted as final.
