Egg Candling Unit Cost Share

Egg-Candling Unit Cost-Share Application:

The Kansas Department of Agriculture has funds available for a cost share to Kansas agricultural producers for egg candling units made possible by a U.S. Department of Agriculture Federal State Marketing Improvement Program grant. KDA will reimburse Kansas egg producers 50% of the cost of a single egg-candling unit up to $100 per unit until funds are exhausted. Reimbursable costs must be incurred during the period June 7, 2016 through December 15, 2016. The deadline for the application is December 15, 2016.

Details required to apply for reimbursement:

Upon receipt of your documents, KDA will confirm the purchase and provide reimbursement to the mailing address listed on this application.  Mailing address must match the address listed on the W-9 form.  Please note that incomplete applications may delay your reimbursement.  Based on the receipt of the completed application packet by the Kansas Department of Agriculture, reimbursements will occur on a first-come, first-served basis until the limited program funds are exhausted.  Print clearly or type the KDA Egg Candling Unit Cost Share Application.
