The Kansas Animal Health Board, appointed by the governor, serves in an advisory capacity to the Animal Health Commissioner, aiding the commissioner in determining policies and plans relating to the Division of Animal Health.

Pet Animal Advisory Board

The Kansas Pet Animal Advisory Board is appointed by the governor to review the status, and make recommendations to the Animal Facilities Inspection program especially in regard to the Kansas Pet Animal Act.
