A public hearing will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, to consider the adoption of proposed regulations related to the Division of Weights and Measures. The hearing will be held in room 124 on the first floor of the Kansas Department of Agriculture building at 1320 Research Park Dr. in Manhattan, Kansas.

The hearing will address the proposed amendments to K.A.R. 99-25-5 relating to fees for continuing education for technical representatives and licensures specified in K.S.A. 83-302 and K.S.A. 83-402.  The hearing will also address proposed amendments to K.A.R. 99-26-1, relating to various rates and fees and clarifying devices pursuant to K.S.A. 83-214.
