A public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, in the Hutchinson Kansas Department of Transportation conference room at 1220 W. 4th Ave., Hutchinson, Kan., to review the McPherson Intensive Groundwater Use Control Area (IGUCA). A public informational session will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. with a public hearing to follow at 11:00 a.m.
